Who I am
Behind the camera
I’m Karli, and if I’m not behind a camera? There’s a good chance I’m outside somewhere with my fiancé, taking care of our little homestead, chasing our dogs around the yard, or convincing myself that we definitely have room for one more animal.
I’ve always been the person who takes too many pictures. I think every moment is so important. I have always been the type to say "Wait, let take your picture!". That small habit turned into something so much bigger.
More than anything, I want people to feel comfortable around me. No pressure to be perfect, just showing up as yourself as God intended you to be while letting me capture your life.
My why
Becoming an adult, I realize how quickly life changes. We grow up, grandparents get older, and regular Tuesdays become the memories we wish we could go back to.
I want to preserve those memories.
My goal isn’t just to create pretty images. I want to create photographs that make you stop years from now and remember exactly how it felt to be there. To cherish how far you have come or how much love you had.
Those are the moments worth keeping.
The values that guide me
My faith in Jesus is at the epicenter of everything I do. I believe every person is intentionally created and deeply loved, and that every season of life is worth remembering. My faith reminds me to slow down, find beauty in the ordinary, and serve others with kindness and grace. Those values are at the heart of every session I photograph.
